That's some great playing! Fantastic sounding guitar too. We have a huge selection of Collings, you should check out our boutique! We also just uploaded a video of Jazz Guitarist Keith Ganz playing a CJ, I'll add it as a video response.

Wonderful!!!!!
Amazing guitar and very nice feeling!!!
My friend,
You have such a soulful style. Thank you for posting your beautiful music and tasteful playing. You have inspired me deeply. Also, I am going to trade my new Martin D-18 in on a Collings CJ. I am a classical guitarist of sorts and a huge fan of fingerstyle acoustic. Would you mind telling me what type of strings you use as well as the kind of recording set-up you use?
May the muses continue to bless you greatly.

@Sixstringmt Thanks Rick . . . On this tune, I think the strings were D'Addario EJ17s and I recorded it with an Audio Technica 4050CM5 mic into a Beachtek attenuator into an old Sony Digital tape camcorder. If you decide to get a CJ, I'm sure you'll like it a lot -- great guitar . . .

That is great composition an your playing is excellent. Would you mind listing the specs of your CJ? Top and side woods? Short scale or no? Thanks!

Thanks -- The CJ is EIR/Sitka, standard scale.
