Ive got 2 of these also but mine are both the premier 12's like the one on the right. I thought there was a differance in the specs between the two?? i know the premier is 1000W RMS and i thought the Pioneer (the one on the left ) is only 800W RMS.... I could be wrong tho. either way great subs, im pushin mine with a Power Acoustik 4000W Class D amp but only wired at 4ohms so the speakers may be getting about 1200 true Watts, But they still slam and its plenty enough for me.

what does rms mean
MrLennon33 1 year ago
@MrLennon33 rms = root mean square and is an average. It is used when rating speaker power handling or amplifier power output as a reliable measure as it's more what the equipment can do all day everyday. Whereas a max rating can be impossible to compare as some manufactures will state the max that speaker can handle, but that may be for only a milli-second before it blows...
