This is the happy birthday song that was first publicly performed (by invitation) at Hillary Clinton's 50th Birthday in DC. It was performed at the White House by The Local Girls vocal trio.

The first recording was by the world famous Lark String Quartet and by the Local Girls vocal trio in Athens, Ohio. It was the first recording made in the new rehearsal hall of the School of music building at Ohio University.
