Thanks for the reply, I think I will experiment with it but I find myself finding it more comfortable to go onto the ball of the foot for Hindus and keeping a flat foot for Zerchers. I think tomorrow I will take a spin through the four Tabatas.
Yessir! After the warmup, I did 4 different Tabatas!
I am a proponent of sitting back on the heels while squatting. I feel that by going onto the balls of the feet, you place a great deal of stress on the knees. This does shift the emphasis to the quads, but I personally don't feel it's always the best choice for most people. That's just me, though! :)
Okay, maybe I did not hear it but I had no clue all of these Tabata videos were one workout! I had a question while watching you do the Hindu squats: I was thinking about my own and the tendency for me to raise the back portion of my feet (moving all the weight onto the ball of my foot) while I am closer to the down position?
