1tmoch says: "The guy i spoke with in this video thinks man deserves some sort of compassion. As soon as you think God owes you mercy, you are not thinking about mercy anymore, because by nature, it can't be owed. When a person questions God, they wear a "What Would (insert their name) Do" bracelet. A person imposes their standard up to Gods, as that which is righteous, not only for themselves, but for God as well, essentially saying you are God, knowing better than Him, which is impossible. He calls the shots for reality concerning morality, not you. Basically, God is, by definition righteous, and any sense of distaste we experience for how he does things, is a moral lacking on our part. This dude's whole questioning of God and not trusting Him is an expression of more evil itself, which deserves more judgment from God. That is the whole reason the fall happened, Adam and Eve trusted themselves and Satan over God. Also, the bible nowhere tells us that the way our legal system works in the U.S. applies to God, like with someone being a planner or accomplice of murder etc. (God has plans to have murders take place and nowhere said He couldn't). Furthermore, humans can not order the murder of someone without sin, because they are not righteous, not all knowing, etc, like God is. God can however righteously plot murders and so forth, having them come to pass through His own means. This is not a double standard (not that it'd be a problem if it were), but a different category altogether. Lastly, this guy was asking the wrong question and defining terms wrongly. The biblical use of the word "responsibility," is merely your ability to respond when God calls you to account on the day of judgement. How can you be held accountable? Simple, because you are. God's decrees are secret to Himself, locked up in His mind, and therefore can not be known by man until they have come to pass in the outworkings of history. Since you cannot know the infinite mind and plan of God, just pay attention to your finite perspective in that God has given you a command, and you need to obey. He commands you to repent and believe. What are YOU going to do with that?"
if god gave man free will, what specific words would one expect to find in the bible?

I think Paul Washer would give a different view of what this guy is saying.

God predestines, we make those choices that we willingly make, then we are held accountable. The ones that condemned Jesus to the cross did it out of the hatred of their hearts just as we do things out of the depravity that was always within us. Every thing that God predestines is ultimately for His deserved glory, and the redemption of His people. God's use of secondary means or evil to accomplish this in the end in no way makes God guilty of sinning or the depravity itself. Seemple

No matter what's decreed by God,everyone who willfully sins knows what they are doing is wrong.God tells believers to always obey and get the facts from His word, because He makes known to us that He is going to cause the world a great delusion so that they will believe a lie that they want to believe, even more. This is where Christians get in trouble, some join in and are caught up in the lie meant for the goats.Evolution is one I can think of right off the top of my head.

God is all knowing. Just because He knows the ending before the beginning doesn't mean He's going to change it. On a side note, God made man perfect in His image so if you want to blame anyone, blame Eve and then Adam for sinning and bringing damnation on the entire human race outside of Christ.

why does adam and eve get the privilege of choosing the fates of all human generations really cause if ur saying that they had a choice to make the right decision then why couldn't any of us be there instead of them, other people would've took it more seriously but since we'll never know

point we had no say in the matter then because we weren't there so they adam and eve set the forces in motion

okay how can i be responsible for adam and eve if they decided by themselves and acted alone their decision to make the wrong choice they both knew better come on it's like blaming u because i stole something if u were my uncle, if a criminal robs a bank does his relatives get blames for it and if so how because they had to say in the matter, so everything was undoubtedly decided upon 2 people we couldn't do anything about it
