Vegeta could've beaten Cell but he decides to be stupid and let Cell absorb Android 18. That's pretty much it.

Yes I know I tried to make this like the storyline but I couldn't pull it off in some parts so I get it you don't have to point it out. (Especially my epic fail trying to own Android 18 and trying to toy w/ Krillin like they did in the Anime)

Remember! I intentionally get owned to make it like the storyline ;)

6:52 to 7:05 Perfect Cell is getting pushed around and getting pissed off by Krillin, which isnt even as strong as Recoom.
