Chris' Run ANW 09

My run at American Ninja Warrior.

I had one of the best swings on the rope swing which was knocking out about half the competition, speeding through quite quick, except that my shoes refused to stick to the walls inside. My arms held up for quite a while, but eventually I fell into the water.

Flew out from Colorado to LA for this, so I was quite dissapointed.

Gahh, try merrell chameleon ii's, amazing grip on those shoes. i've hiked on wet rocks with those and had firm footing while i watched most of my friends eat crap. good luck on the next run bro! :)

You did do good to that point, what sucks is you can do a much wider spider climb, hopefully you'll do better next time, which I'm sure they'll be a next time. Good luck bro
