Did a few sets of pauses today and then a backdown set, my right lat started cramping up on my last rep which made it hard to finish the rep.

  • Is just me, or do you always let your wrist roll backwards ?

    lol it's my bench technique... I tuck my triceps into my lats on the way down and slightly roll my wrists back when I touch, puts me in a better position to push off and works very good, I have my brother doing the same thing and his bench is going through the roof.
