Isle of Man TT mountain at 5am (over 170mph) GSXR 1000

5am blast over the mountain on my GSXR1000 hitting 170MPH a couple of times along the way. This was filmed at the TT 06 and with the good weather you just had to make the most of it! PS its not mad sunday, so cant use both sides of the road!

@dark14111975 lol, these are british bikes, on british roads, using MPH as said, if they were using KPH, they would be in seconds when u can clearly hear them hitting 5th n 6th! hitting 170 on a stock bike across the TT is possible, hard but possible, gotta be a good rider

as you approached the orange van i were thinkin go on son ....clutch up a 2nd/3rd gear wheelie.....and you obliged,ha ha.....i had a k4 thou,for a week,an my best 2nd/3rd/4th gear wheelie was 143mph......did i see you wheelie to 156mph just on the climb after the tramlines??????good lad!

I hope you do get your chance to ride the TT.I'd suggest going during the Southern 100 or the Manx GP when the ferry costs half what it does during the TT,and its free camping at Castletown. @helmethead72 Honestly, I'm not trying to say that wasn't a good ride, but it honestly looked like km/h. I find it difficult to sit upright at speeds over 150mph, much less sit upright and negotiate some of those nice twisty bits. I'd love the opportunity to take a few laps on the TT circuit some day, then maybe I'll have a better understanding of the circuit and will be better able to make more constructive comments on he plethora of TT videos on YouTube. @awptickes you show your breathtaking ignorance with that comment! That was a great ride on an awesome bike.I first went round the TT on a gixxer 600 K3 and never had 1 lap without a pillion and not many riders came past me! That made it more sweet and there are plenty of places you can be flat out and sat upright.This bloke wouldn't show his face again if that speed was kmh.fact.
