  • HI , what do you guys think of Aviation Australia to do an Aircraft maintenance course?

    Thanks

  • hmm alot of negetive. i know a guy thats a helicopter mechanic, but in dubai and he makes 100k tax free.but for what im hearing is that the pay sucks here. by the way what is with the carpet loving propaganda guy and the laugh.

  • A & P's.....The KEY to success is to ascertain "General Familiarizations" for different aircraft's. Once you have Gen Fam's under your belt it gives you options. I suggest getting your FCC (Element 1 & 3) ASAP. Now the truth be told is you have a "Good Ol Boy Network" to deal with and IF you're of color, you'll have to deal with racsim. *It's NOT true to pay your due's.....you already PAID them by going to school! This "pay your due's" is a COP OUT of professionalism and why the industry SUCKS.

  • @Trakehner20 Reedleys is completly amazing!!!! i would definately go!!! they are perfect with there hands on Experience!!!

  • @GlobalishlyGoonish Im not a forklift mechanic anymore. Iv been tech ops for almost 10 years now. Iv seen guys with 30 years experience scatter when they hear they need to do a wiring job.

  • what a faggot

  • @shietalkr My husband and i are in the same position. We've been working low-paying jobs, and he wants to do this type of work. Anyone here know if Reedley College's aviation mechanic program is any good? Just curious, he;s interested in theirs

  • @TEUFELHuNDEN420 I've often wondered the same thing! It makes no sense. I guess they want you to volunteer you're time or something-that's the only thing I can come up with! HA My husband was wanting to do the same thing as you, I'm glad you said that, b/c now we may think twice! Where'd you go to school? I've heard, too, no offense to them, that the "baby boomers" are having to work so long since they overspent, that its leaving no room for new comers.

  • @co2quetus If you can put legos together and can follow instructions, you can be an A&P mechanic.

  • @cesar333

Where are you at? In Georgia we got Pratt & Whitney, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Timco, Delta, Warner Robins, Gulfstream, Epps Aviation.... Some big name shit, all hiring like crazy...
