@cv5600 Why you hatin' bro? Take a minute to appreciate someone who's dedicated their life to true musicianship and preserving an all-but-forgotten style of music. Its never been about technique or playing the melody all at once.

You guys have no clue what you're talking about if you think he's actually playing the melody. It doesn't really matter if he is or not, but he isn't. If any of you can read music, which I'm starting to doubt, then look at the sheet music.numbnuts.

@fromthenorthwest Nope...nowhere near my level. I know the melody. Reference an old record of it, like the one from the early 20's by Lena Wilson....or look at the sheet music...It's sloppy to me. Sorry.....No, no, no...he is not singing the melody.That wouldn't even matter tho if it was really great.
