By request a fast shoot video-tone comparison between a Gibson LesPaul Deluxe(limited edition),Suhr standard(2004) and a PRS custom24(1992)
Shure SM57/ISP Decimator G string/Mesa Boogie mark v`s clean channel1 and channel 2 on mark1 mode/for the solo parts added a MAXON OD-802 D&S II and a T-rex replica delay

  • love the tone from Suhr, Great shoot out! the Les Paul sounded very nice too, somehow I feel the PRS sound kinda weird, thin sounding and lack of overtones compare to the Les Paul and Suhr

  • les paul had the best definition in the notes, suhr had most amount of variation, the prs was much brighter and not as full sounding as either. Just my observations...for what its worth I play prs.
