On 11/17/11 CityLinc Ministries closed on a house they purchased from Neighborhoods Inc. Inside the house, Dale Boyer (executive director of CityLinc) found a piano, and is seen here tickling the ivories when Bill Phillips (CEO and President of Neighborhoods Inc.) arrived.

I don't think Dale's going to let it go to waste. It's a good instrument, especially as it has been sitting there in an unheated building, and who knows how long since it's been tuned, yet it sounded pretty good when he tried it out.
