Tyrone "King of The Ring" Spong (born September 3, 1985) is a Dutch-Surinamese kickboxer. He is the reigning WFCA Cruiserweight Muay Thai and the former It's Showtime 95MAX World champion, and is currently being trained by K-1 Legend Ernesto Hoost.
Spong started out his career at Welterweight, and cleaned out all divisions to cruiserweight. He now has his sights set on a Heavyweight Championship.

Amazing work!
I am a MMA fan but its such a shame K1 is dying as it is and incredible fighters like Spong don't get the same amount of recognition and respect an of course money that UFC fighters get, I mean as Joe Rogan said kickboxing at it's best is so damn entertaining, it'd be boss if Zuffa actually considers purchasing it :)

@TheManofgolf68 but YOU know whats best for tyrone? MMA is where the most money is to be made right now. He is a serious athlete and has been training with the blackzilians for some time now. I'm sure he will do great in MMA - look at JDS he is mainly a striker and he is the HW champ. Cosmo alexandre was just way to hesitant in that fight, he just didn't do enough but he wasn't being dominated and he didn't really lose that fight
