Tanks! trailer

A trailer for my game (an XNA tech demo) called Tanks.

This game took 3 crazy weekends to create, and is my first 3d game in XNA and C#;

To answer a few questions; The destructable blocks are procedural- meaning they are destroyed differently every time. The tanks and everything in the game was created by me, with the exception of the "particle shader" which I used from the MSDN sample. (Makes billboards face the camera and rotate) The game is played with xBox 360 controllers.

Sadly, no, I moved onto other things. This game DID form the basis for our senior project in the graduating year in gameDev, but then I got a job and this project has just been left idle. Sorry :P

I like the destructible walls. :)

The tracks are a nice touch, but I would consider toning them down to be a bit more subtle... sometimes less is more ;)
