I don't assume if you are indian or what, I said that to give you an example.
And even if it was organised by the council, police or public leader doesn't mean the public is enjoying this off music, it can be fully annoying and disturbing to the public.
Even from a proof at 1:50 you can see a lady blocking her ear and walking away fast. Also other people who are walking behind aren't looking at them for a sec, they are just walking away.

and just because a section of the community dont like it, it shouldnt happen at all? I dont like people being drunk and idiots on the streets every weekend but still manage to get on with life by ignoring it.
This is called community cohesion, fortunally we live in a tollerant country for different cultures, and just glad individuals like urself dont govern it.
So far you shown yourself to beleive that anything different from nationalism should be banned
