Iraq will never stabilize as long as the US is there. They are not allowed to sell oil without the US's approval! That war is from over. Obama shifted troops to Afghanistan and replaced them with contractors.

Mmmmmm....I thought the Bush Adm told us their oil would pay our BILLIONS back & the war would costs us hardly anything?
