EMTs and Medics work alot harder and for alot less pay than any ER nurse, they definitely deserve their respect.

wow to @s7saleens I really hope that none of your fire dept men or women ever need you because you are an arrogant ass I am a paid EMT-I and I volunteer with a rural fire dept as a medical person only. I don't want to run into a burning building either but guess what without firemen a lot of innocent people would be dead right now. I beg that you seriously think before you speak and if any of your "brothers" see this I'm pretty sure you would be on your own if you ever needed help. Just saying.

@s7saleens I'm proud, women are impressed, I live comfortably, like I said, I couldn't care less about fire. make sure you let the ER nurses know what you think of them. tell me how it works out for you

@progeria44 god bless your poor soul. go worship your womanly job as i recall women were GENERALLY RNs first. thats why cowards like yourself hide when it comes to a real man's job. and grow a pear it takes BALLS to do what it do. i can sit here all day and be proud of my profession. Aww... I'm a ER nurse & I've never been rude to the Medics that bring us patients. Don't judge us all cuz of a few... I can't imagine that all Medics and EMTs are perfect either! I've seen some things come my way that scare me but hey I don't judge... crap happens. I still love my team on the outside and in!
