@Vice098 yes they do because they don't want them to strong or to weak. the only hard boss i ever fought in a fighting game was cell in DBZ Budokai he was hard.

@csidaznigga You unlock Zero by beating arcade mode with 6 Capcom characters.
Zero is a beast to play as; I've been frequently playing as him since he's so much fun. I really hope the game sells well to get a sequel.
