Barnardo's - the Government must keep its promise to end child poverty

Barnardo's is part of the Campaign to End Child Poverty. Barnardo's is calling on the Government to invest £3 billion in the April's Budget 2009.
This will be the Government's last real chance to halve the 3.9 million children living in poverty in the UK today by 2010, as promised 10 years ago.
