SONGWRITING INFO :
Lovato has said that she writes very dark music, such as "Shadow," "Open," "Trash," and "Stronger." That is why she asked the Jonas Brothers to help her write her new material for the album. She told J-14 Magazine: "I'm more of a writer whose stuff wouldn't make it on a Disney album. ... It's too dark. My mom's like, 'Oh my gosh, go to therapy.' So I came to (the Jonas Brothers) like, 'Ummmm ... I need help writing catchy stuff just because, well, my target audience isn't metal music."

The song "Two Worlds Collide" is written by Lovato, and is the theme song for Disney Channel Original Movie, Princess Protection Program.

Lovato has also said that Nick Jonas sings on "Get Back".
