21 year old Lee Hup Wei of Malaysia is flying high on the road to the Olympics.

Lee has captured Gold in his last three events -- the Good Luck Beijing Games, the Southeast Asia Games and the Asian Track and Field Championships.

Now Lee plans to pump up the crowd in Beijing just as he does back home. "When the audience claps their hands and cheers for me," he says, "I gain even more strength through the power of their emotion."

It will be an emotional trip for this Malaysian returning to his family's roots in Fujian, China -- hoping to bring honor and pride to both Malaysia and China.

His secret to success? Preview and Visualize three steps: Approach, Takeoff & Clearance.

In three years, Wei has increased his jump from 2.10 meters to 2.27 -- thanks in large part to his mentor and coach from Cuba.

Lee chose the high jump because "people who excel in it are few and far between. I felt I could make an impact and stamp my own mark."
