hey done a bit of research and i found a functional kurgan sword with retractable blades its on this website: barringtons-swords (dot) co (dot) uk

@jeeperrandy im not doing the dream blade contest as i live in the UK, but my dream blade probably would be the sword from the 2011 film 'ironclad' :) and heres a question of your choice what sword would be best a agincourt sword or the lionheart sword both from CAS Hanwei
