1A Auto shows you how to repair, install, fix, change or replace an outer window sweep that is falling down, coming apart, or the adhesive is failing. This video is applicable to 1973-1987 Chevy and GMC truck and SUV models. This is a pretty easy project if you know the steps beforehand. Plan on about an hour per door. This process is generally the same on all 1973-87 Chevrolet and GMC C/K Series Pickup trucks, K5 Blazer and Jimmy, and Suburban. The specific parts may differ for the 73-81 vehicles but the process is generally the same.

@350oldschool I don't have a video of this procedure as of right now. We do carry the weatherstrip for the vent windows along with a great selection of other seals for your truck.

@1aauto --oldschool here-bought the seals,and everything I need.plus some other parts.you do the videos so I bought from you-- waited a wile still no video on vent seal install-have went to body shops ,need oldtimer to do the work, young men don't know how to do it- vent seal -remove- install- your other videos are # 1- PLEASE POST ONE-I BUY YOUR PARTS. good rubber. I recommend them. THANK YOU.

@stalsn 1AAuto dot com carries a few kits. Some cover just the door some are more complete for the truck. I recommend any of them.
