That's right, most touch screens present to the system as a PS2 port mouse, so Windows 7 does not know that it is a touch screen. There is a work around for this, but it is tricky.
Hopefully in future the touch screen manufacturer and Viliv will release drivers that make it show up in Win 7 as a touch screen by default.

I think tablet functions and hand writing recognitions is much improved in windows 7 and could ease efforts with input. I heard though that for some reasons these features don't want to install on viliv s5 due to lack of some touch screen certificate for win7

@mquiroz90 The Viliv was released only 2 years ago, but I installed 2005 Tablet Edition on it to use the inking features on the Viliv computer

First i think this is Archos 5 lol i was wrong hehe cool video man. when will we get windows on Archos lol,,, I'm not mean (archos 9)I mean archos 5

LOL, I was wondering if you also had the Viliv S5 MID computer. Yes that would be nice to be able to install Windows on the Archos 5. Soon we will have a MID that would be the size of the Archos 5 running Windows 7.

Yes Windows 7 has better features for Tablet functions. So far on the S5 with 2005 Tablet Edition the recongnitions seems to work better than I thought. Maybe I will try to install windows 7.
