V Star 950 with Hard Krome Sideburner

2009 V Star 950 with DG Hard Krome Sideburner exhaust, and DynoJet Power Commander V.
All told, took approximately 3 hours to install both. The sound is very deep and aggressive. I never thought I would say this, but it might be too loud - you can feel the ground pulse when in idle, and after a couple of hours of riding my ear needs a break. There are plenty of after-market baffles if that is a problem. If you want to get the attention of other drivers and still sound like a V twin - it's hard to imagine a better set of pipes. Well worth the money.

So far, only respectful nods from cops - no lie.

That's in Atlanta. I try to take it easy when there is an audience. On the other hand I've woken up more than one SUV driver & kept them from cutting me off. Well worth it!

I agree with F'steam.... very aggressive sounding.  That thing sounds like a straight drag bike! Any problems with the local boys in blue?
