If scraped properly it can be sufficiently cleaned. The real problem is the areas that are never looked at. Low balling hood cleaners can suck my balls

Great video! those low ball companies are the ones who are pushing us out by doing jobs half the cost. I call them Hood Cleaners! Because that's all they clean is the hood. Kitchen exhaust cleaners is the proper name for what we do and its hard for us compete with "Hood cleaners" for what they are charging and do a proper job then still turn a profit.
