@Bwanasinema I love Sha Na Na's set at Woodstock.I agree with you Rob about the pathos in your vocal delivery.

@RoninAvenger No way were they pissed, they loved it, people in the late sixties. early seventies were very nostalgic for the music of the fifties, just like in the nineties we were nostalgic for the seventies, just like today they are nostalgic for the eighties

@Bwanasinema Hey Rob! At least you can say you were there. The monitor systems back then were for shit. I know from personal experience. Be proud of your part in history.

@Bwanasinema You look freakin' hot in that gold lame. :) Just thought I'd mention it.

Dear Old Coot, I am the singer, Rob Leonard. I plead guilty to being wildly off key. We spent the whole night --till 7AM-- on stage waiting to go on. With that and the dense pot smoke cloud from the cameramen, I was lucky I could sing at all! In the studio it was easy to stay on key, of course, but since we tried to sound like we believed what we were singing, lyrics like (think about it) "They buried you today " were SUPPOSED to sound pained and offkey.

Hilarious. I laughed with the audience at the recent WB screening of this, last week. Thanks!
