It would be interesting to read the original manuscript before the MoD 'chopped and changed' a few things then I wonder how many times the publishers sent it back, 'maybe if you change this and that'. Don't 4get this was the 1st book of its kind & no-one knew it would take off like it did

mcnab probably did add some bits here and there to make it seem even more of an accomplishment, although it isn't really needed, it's just what blokes do.... it's like fisherman saying they caught a 20lb carp.... it was probably only 10lb lol
