Solution? A few bottles of liquid soap splattered on the street in the middle of the night. It won't hurt real cars but will make his toy all sticky and he'll have to find somewhere else to play.

Maybe it makes him feel important? In an 'I'm still 12 years old and my friends all wish they had one of these' kind of way. Or he's just bored and it's a skill to develop like anything else. I think it's a law of city life that we all have to have a neighbour annoying us in some way. At least it isn't a barking dog, or seniors who are always naked :)

and so you know, i don't tell people off. i'm an adult, and if the noise bothered me THAT MUCH, i would simply ask him politely to consider the noise level in an otherwise quiet neighborhood. again, thanks for your comments. hope you're having a wonderful day!

well thank you for your advice. as you can see from my video, i DID do something instead of telling him off. i think it's funny that you, not knowing much about me, think that this is a serious video about being angry at the guy. i obviously thought his "toy" was amusing or i wouldn't have made a video about it!
