I like your video and program, but do you only need money to form a non profit 501c3? I'm sure that would cost around $1000 but then the money wouldn't directly impact your program or the community, it would go into more of an administration expense. No offense, but becoming a 501c3 doesn't guarantee easy fundraising. It requires extra attention to accounting, bookkeeping, and legal paperwork. Just my opinion (I still you gave you a thumbs up on the video)

@rachbills70 We do a lot of fundraising already. Along with becoming a 501c3 and among other things we need to raise funds for our skate clinics, having equipment and resources available for people to skateboard together is important. We have been working as TSC for almost a year and not being a non profit has limited us to the connection we make with other organization, like schools and skateboard companies. We are glad you like what we are doing, its about making the biggest impact we can
