Beware of adulterated sweets this Diwali!

Aaj Tak has been constantly exposing the fake sweets racket across the country. Some of them have been nabbed but you need to be cautious this Diwali if you are buying sweets.
Especially since it's hard to differentiate between pure and adulterated items. On Wednesday in MP's Shivpuri, 35 tonnes of adulterated mawa was seized. But the trend is not limited to MP alone. Delhi & NCR are the most hit, where many cities of UP have emerged as suppliers. Huge amounts of adulterated food items have been seized in the last few days. And shockingly the merchants of poison have started preparing these months ago, but the question arises why they were not nabbed earlier.
