Falwell was not a Christian and I'm offended that anyone would even suggest that he was. Jesus taught us about peace,love and humility, not the vile rhetoric that charlatans like Falwell spewed out. He was a disgrace and Hitchens was right to say what he did. Although saying it on Fox is surely a waste of everyone's time. (Do people really choose to watch that in the U.S? I feel unclean after just a few minutes viewing.)
