@deepeemark Thanks - I used Fantamorph for the morphing software, and for tracking the movement, I just made manual adjustments to single frame positions when necessary.

Great fun. Well done. I love it when people mess about in their spare time being creative...instead of playing video games or something...! What software did you use? Morpheus? And what software to 'track' and 'rotoscope'? I'm looking to buy some software myself.

Thanks! This was done using consumer-level video editing and morphing software. By experimenting I discovered it was possible to do this type of thing.
The secret to having them move is the morphing software, and being able to paste the isolated head over the original clip. For example, the shot of Judith derived from 2 still shots, and the movement in between them was generated by the morphing software.
The key is finding the right still shots, where they have the right expressions, etc.
