  • It's ok to lean back on that exercise, it takes more of the front delts out of the exercise than when leaning forward as he's doing. Also ok and even better sometimes to use a slight cheat at the beginning. Also it's important to go to failure, burn out the muscle unlike what we see here with this guy.

  • a peak contraction is when youve lifted all the weights to the top of the movement and your biceps is fully contracted.

  • whats a peak contraction.Flex the bicep when at top of exercise?
