Used an old wood chisel; it worked well.

I did this and as he says, found that it's very easy to chip the edges of the tiles, especially if they are quite close together. Now I discovered there are 2 different blades for this, ACZ85RT (listed in the leaflet that comes with with the PMF180E) and ACZ65RT (not listed in the leaflet!) which is thinner and might have helped me do a better job.

it looks like hes removing unsanded grout, Does it work on Sanded grout?

That blade will cut tiles, so it should easily remove any type of grout.

Good point! I guess it depends on what thickness spacers were used when setting the tiles. If 2mm spacers were used there would be a very thin grout line.
