Come to think of it, if you consider how many more guy npcs there are in this game, seduction is probably worth it on a female character.

@best360gamer I have a high enough seduction to get them to like me. Its also possible to use intimidation and/or persuasion, but its much more difficult.

The game is probably being laggy, and thus not fully rendering the scene. That's the best explanation any of us have figured.
