Sheila Dikshit was pronounced as Dickshit and Dipshit by Henry Paul of New Zealand. Sheila Dikshit is the Cheif Minister of Delhi, India and is also organizer of CWG. Although there is a confusion on how to pronounce Dikshit or Dixit, but many believe that Paul stretched it too long

Everyone is taking it a little too seriously. There maybe some English names that are funny to those that speak a different language. He is not trying to be racist, he is actually stating that they do live in terrible conditions (typically). He isn't actually being horrible about her as a person, which a lot of people are. Also anybody who wants to be taken seriously should probably stop swearing and broaden their vocabulary
