CAVITE, Philippines--Ontamine is a rare plant found in Palawan that the Molbog tribe has long been using for its medicinal properties. Tameera McQueen and Maricris Solis of Balabac National High School found a way to mix ontamine leaves with more common plants like lemongrass to turn it into a mosquito repellent. Video taken by INQUIRER.net reporter Lawrence Casiraya at the Intel Science Fair held in Tagaytay City.
