Part 4 of 5, Chakra Meditation, we finish up with the 6th and 7th chakras, exploring out inner voice and connecting to the divine consciousness. Make sure to finish up with Part 5, Chakras Final Integration.

NOTE: Always start with your foundation. You may take your time with the meditations, working your way up through your chakras. You needn't do them all every time, but always, always work up from the bottom. You can not care for your mental needs if the physical is not first nurtured.
