In Delirium II (2) arrives, YAY, but the Post Office tried to Kill It First

I just purchased this signed, limited edition book from one of my favorite authors... but the post office put it through a gauntlet before getting it to me. Rackin' frackin' son of biscket crubby dang dang! This is NOT a cheap book! This book features and is signed by Brian Keene, Rick Hautala, Kealan Patrick Burke, and tons more.... I WOULD cry, but the book is still readable, and THAT is what matters to me. The thing is, the bubble mailer that this came in looked pristine. The only thing odd about the envelope was a red stamp that I didn't recognize.
