@welshwebber1 These are now available in Argos for £99 (assuming you are in the UK) I bought one, it's quite nice but the screen is very low res and is a resistive screen so it isn't finger friendly. Stylus provided. On the whole it is quite techy for a home phone and I like it.
i like it cuz u could use it with a homeautomation solution like HomeSeer(DotCom) and you could use this as a cheap bedside touch screen!!

Android 1.6 - phone nice but you cant install skype so useless for me. Just bought it today and I will return it :(

Pointless. If you want an Android device buy a mobile.
There is really no point in buying a Home Phone only to find you're going to have to buy another just to take calls...
