I so got caught up in the alcohol addiction in the past few weeks...also any mood stabilizing pills....I am working on that now....it sucks.

Hi Mike, I've missed you.. It's been a long time since I made a video as well. I just passed my 2 year surgiversary and I have been in limbo. I haven't gained or lost anything really in the 2nd year which is ok but I still have 30 to go.. Why am I putting it off? It has really been a ride for sure.. I still feel like I have a long way to go before I feel my best, but like you said it's a lifelong journey. You look great!
