11'9''01 September 11 (2002, 135 min), is an international film composed of 11 contributions from different filmmakers, each from a different country. Each gave their own vision of the events in New York City on September 11, 2001, in a short film of 11 minutes, 9 seconds, and one frame. The original concept and production of the film were by French producer Alain Brigand. It has been released internationally with several different titles, depending on the language. It is listed in the Internet Movie Database as 11'09"01 - September 11, while in French, it is known as 11 minutes 9 secondes 1 image and in Persian as 11 de Septembre.

I like the concept of this film. I have it in my dvd collection and I watched it. Just the concept on how these 11 filmmmakers did this is amazing. My favorite one is from Africa where the boys go after UBL.

@pandanese90 after the 60s, the children weren't quiet at all.So the teacher tell them, that there was a man who was calling w/his phone for help. 'Bause the children weren't quiet," he didn't got the help he asked for. " So they go outside, the children have to look at the chimney, and think about all the victims. The children don't knowwhattheyaredoing, so one kid asked what he s supposed t do. The teacher said, if you don't know what you're supposedtothink, bite on your lips and think again.

an excellent movie and a brilliant idea ! Reminds me that in Afghanistan, half the population doesn't know why there is a war in their country, they know there's a war, but never heard of the WTC...
