Who cares how much fuel they use up. These guys, and anybody else who goes through life not giving a shit about the little things, are 'living'. By the sounds of things, you're doing the same as the vast majority of the human population and simply existing. Going through life worring about how much money you have and trying to get to some sort of fancy/comfortable retirement. Basically, just another sheep in the herd. But hey, if thats what you like, then all the more to ya.
