Wow, Kasarova sounds so different on every recording of this role. If her diction was a little clearer I'd be her biggest fan. :)

@moghedien13 If you haven't found this out yet, he's Jonas Kaufmann, and if you will pardon the expression, you ain't seen nothing yet. Far more importantly, if you haven't HEARD him, search YouTube right away, and search local library holdings for CDs and DVDs! (I recommend Tosca, Carmen, and Lohengrin on YT; the latter 2 are available on DVD). "Sehnsucht" (self-titled release in the US) is my favorite of his albums. :)

Да, думаю Вы правы. На других записях она звучит прекрасно. Многое при записи зависит от звукорежиссера. Маленькие голоса хорошо пишутся, а большие, как у Казаровой требуют опытного мастера звукозаписи.
