NABS Sahara Challenge

Aged between 35 and 50, we are all executives with ties to the communications industry who have banded together to try to make a difference and raise funds for a charity called NABS.
We picked the toughest physical and mental challenge we could find; running 250KM in the Sahara Desert as part of an international competition.
The desert is the perfect metaphor for individuals that NABS supports - people who have to overcome adversity; it is never ending, lonely, painful, and requires some luck to complete. It will be the greatest personal challenge ever for each of us; and will likely provide a lifetime's worth of lessons.
We'd like you on the journey with us.
Unlike individuals supported by NABS who have no forewarning of the adversity that hits them; we are training physically and mentally to prepare.
We are all at different levels of experience; from out of shape and never having run a marathon before to having completed two of these desert events prior.
