have the last floods from the heavy rain got that far down yet has the mouth at coowa been cleaned yet ?

I went up to Cobram early Jan and they'd only just opened up some of the access tracks but you couldn't get near the river on the N.S.W side just east of Barooga.  Too many bloody mozzies anyway. I'm not sure about how that area is coping now but Swan Hill might be a bit stuffed. Poor buggers.
