@thejuggernautbitch7 @helmalennartz If you carry a knife any minor situation can quickly escalate to something much bigger. If you have concerns about your safety approach a police officer, a Safer Schools officer, your teacher or your parents to discuss these concerns. Carrying a knife has very real consequences for individuals, families, and communities. Search online for drop the weapons website to hear from real Londoners on how it has affected their lives.

The kitchen knife is an offensive weapon! You criminal! Such is life in neutered Britain.

Knife crime in London affects all communities. We know that some areas and communities are disproportionately affected by its tragic consequences. We are working closely with those communities to ensure that our approach, and that of our partners, is effective in saving lives. We have gone to great lengths to ensure that all our activities are led by the best possible understanding of the issues.

About 100% of the time when I carry a knife around its because it's a useful tool to have. If I wanted protection I'd just carry a gun.
