  • I am transitioning to 70-80% raw, and your videos are helping me so much, seriously! Every issue that you are covering is something I'm going though, especially this subject! I don't understand why others care so much about what I am eating, I am just trying to be healthy! I think you hit the nail on the head about them being jelous and threatened.

  • Thank you so much for watching the videos, I really appreciate it!! :). Yes, people can be very strange and its sometimes really hard to understand why people act certain ways. I've learned to take it as a grain of salt, let it go and move on. People can do mean things but what is worse is if one continues to carry that energy or feel bad about it.

Seeing it for what it is helps to empower us and not let it eat away at us too.

  • yes your right! I did expect some jeering .. not from true friends but from associates at work...and yes there is the one person who seems to feel its her duty to inform all that I eat raw food..she was a little mad one day when she got no reaction from her audience, but it great to have it reinforced that someone like that is no mate! tho they may pretend otherwise..ah well...

  • To each their own!!! I've learned over time not to take these things too personally-- its usually that the other person has some sort of issue and they are just taking it out on me. Just got to brush it off and move on!!!

Good on you for seeing it for what it is and not being affected!! :)

  • That girl you talk about is not a friend. Friends don't treat their friends like that.

  • We should very careful when we deal with the friends...And u showed us the correct way...with all your videos

  • Yeah, I totally agree with this. I have being trying raw veganism for a month now and people at work and in my family are already trying to challenge me. These are good tips, thanks for the videos. Since I've taken the challenge for being raw I need all the support I can get.

  • You're so passionate about this topic. You also seem like a very nice person. Keep putting out good vibes.

  • why the hell do you a friend who does that. if i was you i wouldn't even talk to her, thats not a friend thats just an asshole, excuse my french.

  • I love when people say: but you're not getting the vitamins and nutrients, you need your protein (meat).

LOL yea as if all the processed food has more nutrients than veggies and fruits

  • Oh ya!!! I do agree, your environment is a reflection of you!! And what is most important is not what people say but how you re-act to what people say.

  • yeah you're right - that is weird. Most metaphysical people will say that if you encounter lot's of external resistance is only because you yourself have it! The whole raw thing is good but I think it may be overemphasised. Right for some not so right for others. Attachment of any sort is addiction and clinging! Everyone does it - it's our downfall!
